1) WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES?
First, you need to take into account the processing time for your order, which can vary between 24 and 48 hours, then 7 to 12 days to deliver it to you. We deliver worldwide.
These times do not take into account possible delays caused by customs, strikes, thefts or other exceptional circumstances which are beyond our control.
2) HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
To track your order, simply add your order number and email to this page: https://helliza.be/apps/trackorder . If you have not received your order and you are still within the delivery times defined above, rest assured there is nothing abnormal.
It may happen that your tracking does not change for several days. This happens frequently with international deliveries. You can try again in a few days.
3) WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
If you have not received your order confirmation email, it is likely that:
1. The email is in junk/spam messages.
2. Your operator is blocking our emails.
3. You made a typo in your email address.
First check your spam, and if you can't find it, contact us at contact@helliza.be and we will send it to you again.
4) HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You have 2 hours after placing your order to make a cancellation request. This request must be sent to us at contact@helliza.be
Beyond this deadline, no cancellations will be accepted because the order will be in the process of being processed. However, you can always return your order to us within 14 days of receipt, if you still wish to have a refund.
5) HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Beyond this period, we will no longer accept any returns.
You will have to return your order in its original packaging, the product must not have been used. In addition, delivery times will be at your expense.
We will refund your order once we have received it.
